We are writing to express our absolute delight and gratitude for the simply superb wedding Adrian and his team provided for James and Gabi. We were not disappointed in our expectations for the wedding due to the exquisite professionalism and service at every single point of contact with us and our family and friends. The meal was delicious and a perfectly balanced menu and the portions just right. We loved the expert and watchful way in which Adrian provided his MC services - a particulary huge vote of thanks to him. No detail went unnoticed, we only had to give him the subtlest of nods to have our needs instantly addressed. The fact that we couldn't get our guests to leave at midnight is witness to the simply superb experience we had from start to finish. Please know that we shall sing Pembroke Lodge's praises to the rafters on each and every occasion possible.
