Pembroke Lodge

A unique Grade II listed Georgian Mansion situated at the highest point of the largest Royal Park within London.
Pembroke Lodge has been lovingly restored by The Hearsum Family Limited to provide two fully fitted banqueting suites and award winning tea rooms.

The only licensed venue within a London Royal Park

Located in 11 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with outstanding photographic opportunities and spectacular views over the Thames Valley

We have hosted weddings for over 50 years and are one of very few venues offering a truly complete service from a very experienced team

Our team includes three full time Wedding administrators able to assist with any planning aspects of your day and three Banqueting managers who host the main meetings, tastings and weddings (being present on the day from start to finish whilst acting as Master of Ceremonies)

Richmond Park is one of the most treasured open spaces in London, we wholeheartedly believe in supporting the park with just under 10p from every pound spent at Pembroke Lodge going towards maintenance and general upkeep of the park.

Covid 19 – Update 1 April

We hope you are safe, well and observing the health guidelines as they seem to be keeping everyone safer by limiting infection.

Our couples are seeking guidance as to whether and when to postpone.

This crisis has changed rapidly and will continue to do so. It will worsen but then subside. Given the importance of weddings, a good decision based on up to date information is better than a quick decision.

Weddings before 31 May – Postponement is the only realistic option and we have helped all our couples to do so at no cost

Weddings during June – If a large proportion of guests are travelling from abroad and their attendance is important to you, postponement is recommended. If the majority of important guests are in the UK, we recommend you monitor developments and reconsider in mid-April.

Weddings from 1 July – Given the fast changing situation our view is that it is too early to make an informed decision.

We worked our way successfully through the closure of Richmond Park in 2001 due to “foot and mouth” and will use the experience to work through this. Whatever happens, we will be here to help you.
